When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

How long will it take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location. U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping. International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. However, phone cases cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore. If you're located in one of those areas, please select a different item from the shop.

Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales are final. Since most items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged, email us at contact@kellybreeding.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can get it sorted.

How do I know what size to order?

All items are true to size with a standard unisex fit. If you prefer a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up. If you’re unsure, go with what you normally wear in streetwear or merch-style fits.

Are these items limited edition?

Yes. Most items are limited drops and won’t be restocked once sold out. If you see something you want, don’t wait.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes are not guaranteed. If you need help, email contact@kellybreeding.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
